This category is open to any organisation which fits into the size band of a large business. It does not differentiate between sectors, but looks at the parts which make up the complete business. These headings are part of the entry form and will be evaluated according to the level of achievement in those areas, according to the size of the business.
What are the judges looking for in this category?
The judges are seeking to recognise a business or organisation that demonstrates great execution of good business ideas and practices, while having developed and remained focused on their future direction.
In order to fairly assess businesses against each other, there needs to a level playing field. There are differences in the dynamics of running a business with no staff as opposed to a small team. Likewise there is a obvious difference between business with small teams and business that have a management structure. These categories allow for evaluating entrant businesses against enterprises of a similar scale based on the expectation that they should be undertaking similar systems, processes and activities.
