Guests who have not made meal selections prior to this date have been allocated the Chicken and Brie option.

Chicken & Brie
Brie cheese encased in a chicken tenderloin wrapped in bacon
and baked to perfection - served on a parmesano polenta base
finished with a cranberry and sherry jus
Pork & Pineapple
Classic pork dish with a pineapple, lime, coconut and
almond salsa - served on an avocado salad
PLEASE NOTE THAT BOTH THESE DISHES ARE GLUTEN FREE & THE PORK DISH IS DAIRY FREE
